Our VOIXIS (YEALINK) business phones have been out of service so many times I've lost count. When they are not out of service the sound quality is POOR.....much like their entire operation.
When they signed us up to a long term contract, they promised superb voice quality,improved employee efficiency and did NOT deliver. The reality was the exact opposite, lots of time wasted by the employees and owners as we were on the phone with Cooperative Communications troubleshooting phone problems constantly.
This company Cooperative Communications, Inc.
was recently in BANKRUPTCY...No surprise there.
They also claimed to offer alternatives but never actually provided any alternative phone system for our business.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $40000.
